Full-length original research articles in MS-Word in single-column format (up to 10,000 words) may be submitted via the online manuscript submission system http://…. . All submissions must be accompanied by a submission fee of ….. Other guidelines are as given below:
Cover page – The manuscript should be accompanied by a cover page consisting of article title, short title to be used in all correspondence, names of all authors (specifying the order of author names and also the correspondence author) including their correspondence details (postal address, phone and fax numbers, email address). Names and/or details of author(s) should not appear elsewhere in the article.

Second page – The second page should contain the article title, abstract (maximum 200 words), and keywords (maximum 8 words).

Body of the article – The paper may be 8000-10000 words long (including all tables and diagrams). All text should be in Times New Roman font face, font size 12, and double spaced.

Tables and figures are to be presented in a separate WORD document, and should be serially numbered, sequentially following references to them in the text. Clear explanatory notes or legends should accompany the tables and figures. All abbreviations should be expanded. All exhibits should be in black and white only.
British spelling should be used (e.g. colour, centre) except in the case of direct quotations. All figures should be indicated in million/billion

References – Only those references cited in the main text should be listed in the reference list. Sources should be stated briefly in the text, following the APA (American Psychological Association) Style 5 convention. Citations within the text would read e.g. According to Pawlak, (1991) or (Pawlak, 1991). Cited references should be expanded in an alphabetical and chronological list of references at the end of the paper.
